Bill has been an absolute party animal all his life. When he was a young adult of 101 years old, he joined his fraternity and pledged himself to the bro code and to keep the party going forever. This pledge became his paladin oath which gave him magical power. Later, at anathor party, on a dare he went and stole a sword and shield from a museum. At 150 years old he had an overdose and died however his need to party and the power of his pledge animated him and gave him magical undeath. Even death won't stop the Party!!!
